this thread would be better if you have interesting stories about your migration and stuff like that, moo. but seriously, I hope the decision was the right one to all of your family members. we have been pondering on this too in the past, and I have siblings and relatives who have moved to the united states and understand the issues of transplanting one's family to a new setting.

How old were you? Aren't you like 30 now? So if you were already in school by the time you moved, was it hard to integrate?

12 years ago, I swam here (came on boat, but had to swim the last 120 kilometers or so) to the California coast from Saigon. You are fortunate to have immigrated to the the US with your family.
