I don't believe character (or lack thereof) should be a determining factor, but I have no problems with those whose actions threaten the sanctity of the game being left out (gambling, throwing games, etc).

Rose is such a dick. If he must go in, I say put him in posthumously.

Baseball's difficult? It takes a while, sure, but they induct tons of ppl after making them wait. It's like the guys have to sweat as a pre-requisite to induction.

Coming in late, just back from the Bahamas, but I knew Martinez wasn't getting in I just wondered how low his total would be. I thought it would be above the 5% keeping him on the ballot but barely.

Also, you don't see Mussina getting in?? Over 250 wins in the 5 man rotation era. First ballot IMO
