travisttt -- I read in one post that going down 0.5 is good if you're going to add a thick insole, 1 if you add a thin insole, and 1.5 if you have small volume foot and aren't going to add any insole. If you know you have a high instep and boots are often tight on you (as they are on me), 0.5 seems like a safe bet. If boots fit you normally, 1 is probably right. Now, where did you see that's selling these?
