Dear Arthur,
Thanks for your email. I assume you have received your refund by now. I am very sorry
that your order turned into a debacle. Dayton Boots is not going under but we did suffer
from some production and customer services issues because of people not doing their jobs.
We are getting on track and we hope to be much efficient in the coming year.
From the looks of your email address you are involved in the securities industry.
While I acknowledge that we have had our problems, try holding up a mirror.
If you think we have a had a bad year, how about the tens of millions of consumers in the USA
that have been totally screwed by the securities and banking industries.
Fortunately for those industries, our tax dollars were there to bail you people out.
Dayton had no such security blanket!
In any event, best wishes for a Happy Holiday Season and a Healthy and prosperous New Year.
Kindest Regards,
Stephen
Funny he is so quick when I write a nasty email but has troubles when I call / email him politely asking about my boots. And I work in a Canadian bank. Not US. geez
