The absolute best insoles I have ever used (recommend from nicelynice) are the superfeet Insoles. The black is the thinnest, and the orange is the thickest they make. Idk about the other colors, but they are explained on their site. Buy based on how your boots fit. I cant say enough about how awesome these things are

haha those are mine. Hey how thing are those superfeet insole. if theyre thinner than what I'm using right now, then maybe i wont have to sell these off.

The black pair is really thin, basically like it is not there in the toe. But it does raise the heel like 1/4 of an inch

the only thing that keeps me hopeful that I may receive my boots is michelle.  She seems honest, doesn't seem to have any motivation to lie and she's been with the company since I ordered so I don't think she's a plant by stephen.  I'm probably being naive though

Please Styleforum... Does anyone know of any other bootmakers that make a similar black boots to these service boots?

Fiorentini + Baker work boots (I think the model # is 745) are somewhat similar.

If Dayton really is going under, they must have much bigger problems than a few Internet nerds who spent a few thousand dollars on defective and/or undelivered goods. D&B lists them as a $1.4 million company. Then again, it also lists them as "high risk" for defaulting on a loan. laugh.gifconfused.gif
