I tried bending it if I could tie it but the sole is pretty stiff and I'm afraid how it would affect the topy since it is just glued, it looks like it is placed well but I am still not sure if pulling will compromise it.

Fits very well. The chick I spoke to on the phone suggested the size 7 after I told her my foots measurements and what size shoe I usually wear. She told me they run wide already so a 7 is fine but I wanted to be on the safer side so I picked a 7EE and good thing I did because fit is pretty spot on.

Great to hear that. I think its Kayla whom you spoke to. Hopefully i get mine spot on with a 11inch feet measurement being suggested a size 8.5E. Might get the nubuck after seeing your pictures. Thanks for the fit info.

No problem with mine. I wear boots with thicker socks and with my wide feet, my foot doesn't usually move around even if there is extra length. In this one, length and width seems just about right so no heel slippage at all. I haven't worn them out yet so I'll report back if I experience particular problems then.

RFX I think we wear the same size. What measurements did you give Dayton? Starting to worry about my sizing again.

I don't quite remember but the first thing I told her was my actual foot measurements, I measured it and I think it was 10"-10.5", I'm not sure. And then I told her what I usually wore in Aldens, 8EE. I wear a 42 in Margielas if that's any help.

No slippage here either. You could always try putting in an insole and seeing if that helps.
