Yeah, sorry for not being clear. You should pay attention to Euro size and CM Length (insole). Both makes perfectly sense. I am a 8 (US) and fit 40 (EU) in Common Projects.

Just saying I'm a 42 in CPs and a 10 in normal sizing. I've got the achilles low an derbies in 42 and they fit perfectly.

I'd say you're a 40. I'm a 10.5 American size and 43 fits me perfectly.

He has to be saying sneakers/nikes. I'm a 9 brannock and a 9.5 Nike's. I wear a 10 in Clae and certain other sneaker brands. I'm a 42 CP's. No way a size 10 brannock/dress is comfortably wearing 42's. The 42's are snug on my foot and fit perfectly at size 9 brannock/dress shoe size. It's possible "normal" sizing to him is other sneaker brands.

Thoughts on this model?

Common Projects - Dress Shoe Rubber Sole
The classic dress shoe slip on from Common Projects. All premium suede upper, all leather lined and finished of with a sewn on rubber sole with "Labrador"-pattern. Delivers with laces if you don't like the slip-on relaxed look. As always, the significant gold stamp on the heel. CP fits slightly large so we recommend you size one down. Crafted in Italy.
