I don't think most guys can not want to sleep with other women. The thing is when you get married you decide not to sleep with other women. I don't know about everyone else but I don't put myself in situations where something bad could happen.
I've been with my wife for 12 years and wouldn't want to mess up one of the best things or give up my family for a night spent with another woman. But that's me.
