I think BBM is great. There's no limit, and it works a lot faster and easier than texting. Another big plus is that you can send files and photos much faster than regular texting. I also use it to keep in touch with my cousins abroad. They all have blackberries and because there's no limitation to BBMing internationally it's a lot easier to talk with family.
