The 'Dior look' is only accomplished via 17/19's (or a pair of Acne Max ).

To the best of my knowledge there are no 17CM versions, DH, just like any other brand, has proportionate jeans (i.e. on a size 28 the hem might be 17CM and on a size 31 19CM). So called 19CM and 21CM are misnomer, you basically have two fits here; very tappered and tappered.

Why is it that Diors are so hard to find in the smaller sizes? I don't think I've ever seen a size 28 pop up for sale online. Is it like that in the stores as well?

the thing about the diors is that i think the pockets and workmanship are really great, even though the apc\\s will probs fit me better how does the rise around the crotch compare between the diors and apc.

Do people who have access to DH jeans feel that the workmanship is really all that?

I finally got to handle some DH raw jeans at Saks and did not really think they were that impressive.

Disclaimer, I don't know anything about garment manufacturing and am impressed by sturdy workwear. I am in awe of my Eternal 811s (not the Dior Eternal 811s, BTW.)

What's wrong with the DE811s?

they're not as high quality as the D'artisan LVCs, but I still like them a lot. tangerine can't afford a pair of Dior Eternal 811's, especially in the vintage black indigo wash.

yes... according to shawn_23 (which is most likely you know who) on the men.stle.com forum...

Sorry j., those are fake. The real ones have "Jil Sander" on the inside on the right, and "Tailor Made" on the inside on the left. Seriously though, guys, this has gone too far. I mean, seriously. There is no Dior x Eternal collab. Now, APC did do a special jean for Hedi Slimane, but it was essentially the old standard, and was produced under the A.P.C. label, not under the Dior label. It was, however, sold as part of the first Dior Homme collection.

I am saving up for these new Helmut Lang x Evisu joints in vintage black indigo wash that I have heard about.

what has a higher rise, apc new standarts or dior homme, and also will the autumn winter dior hommes which will no doubt be comeing out soon be any different from the ones in the stores at the moment (i am only referring to the raw denims)

Thanks J, I just coughed up a lung.

About the DE811 existing or not, it could be like the pixie fairies in bubblegum forest, and that Peter Pan movie... you have to believe in it for it to exist. (And obviously there's the photo evidence being provided in this very thread.)
