24 Hour Fitness

I have been working out till now at my work gym, but my work load has gone up to a point where I don't think I can sneak out in the middle of the day and finish my workout. Plus, I don't want to hang around at work in the evening due to childcare issues and such.

There is a 24 Hour Fitness (Sport version) about 2 minutes from my house that I am thinking of enrolling in. I can get a 3 year membership that ends up being about $17/mo, pretty reasonable I think.

Anyone here have positive or negative experiences with 24 Hour Fitness? I don't care about trainers and such, just want to have a place that maintains their equipment well and does not do any bait and switch or other shady practices.

I have been a 24h fitness member for a while, off and on for 10 years. They are decent. I like going to the gym at like 1am, so they are pretty much my only option.
