I do criminal defense only. Some driving crimes, but mostly drugs, guns, and DV. I'm four years in the game.

About 50% of my practice is criminal defense (actually, I don't like to call it "criminal defense," since my clients are not criminals unless or until they are convicted, so I like to say that I defend the accused), which includes drug crimes, DWI, white collar crimes, gun crimes, etc. The rest of my practice is civil litigation, including some plaintiff's personal injury, and a lot of contract litigation.

Back when I was in biglaw, I did product liability defense.

I am almost 4 years out of school.

About 75% plaintiff's work (no med mal, so Piobaire doesn't have to rant at me right now), along with some criminal defense, immigration, and the occasional bankruptcy. I also theoretically handle family law but we don't usually get them and when we do I'm pretty good at pawning them off on someone else. I can't deal with people crying.
