I do this from time to time. Be forewarned however that hydrogen peroxide can eat away at your gums. Don't use it for too long or at too strong a strength. I believe there are some commercial products on the market with this as the active ingredient at 1.5% concentration. I find it tends to leave a chalky and sometimes "foamy" taste in my mouth. Definitely rinse well after.

For those with very bad breath, it often stems not so much from your mouth but from your gut. Also make sure to brush your tongue or use a scraper (which is what I prefer).

Many mouthwashes are simply a coverup if you need to freshen/mask your breath for a short period. I believe someone mentioned BreathRX and I've heard that's a good product. One plus is that it doesn't contain alcohol in it like Listerine. Alcohol can dry out your mouth which then causes even worse breath. I know when I have a very dry mouth my breath tends to get much worse.

None. Just brush more often. Keep toothpaste & toothbrush at work, in your gym bag, etc.

Is Dentyl really available in the United States? I have never seen it anywhere in NC/GA/DC.
