edit: I'd recommend the finely ground lecithin granules. Finely ground mixes a bit better with whatever you are shaking it with, so you don't have to choke down what seems like a glass full of boogers using the larger granules.

My good to go? Anyway, living in Canada means that I can get ephedrine. It's pretty much all you need.

I just took a dose of Lipo 6 (for fat loss) on an empty stomache and am wired! The jack3d contains other potent ingredients like the geranium which is a strong stimulant when combined with caffeine. I take it pre-workout.
