I think they are trying to make fun of Nazis but I didn't find it funny. I'm not sure if there is any comic potential in a teletubby / nazi collaboration, it certainly needs a defter touch than used in that clip. Why was it all in German if it's Danish though? See Herr Flick in British sitcom 'Allo Allo' for a comedy Nazi.
