my new years resolution is to get in much better shape.
i'm pretty experienced as far as working out goes...but i have one huge problem: due to an injury (long time ago, fine now,) i don't have full range of motion with my left ankle. I basically can't bend my left foot much at all.
this makes it impossible for me to do many common leg exercises such as squats etc.
and i don't want to work out my upper body without doing anything to the lower.
so i'm looking for an exercise that will atleast work quads but doesn't require the specific use of bending my foot.
i'm thinking a gym might have a machine that could help, but do you guys have any suggestions?
