The fact that people need to be alerted that pouring hot wax in your ear is a bad idea is extremely distressing.

Not that I'm a proponent of ear candling or anything, but the practice does not involve pouring hot wax into your ear. Just sayin.

Yeah I read the actual description of the process. It is equally stupid.

The leading cause of injuries according to the article IS from people who don't read the instructions and get wax in their ear though .
