How do you say "Hotel * Tourism"?

Hi all,
I got an e-mail yesterday that my department at a Korean uni has changed its name from "Department of Tourism Management" to "Department of Hotel * Tourism". How would you guys (foreigners) say this? Any Vonnegut fans may guess what my concern is.

You created a whole new thread just so someone would praise you for referencing Breakfast of Champions? No one is retarded enough to be concerned about how to "pronounce" (hint: elide) an asterisk....
