Sorry about the liquids, and they told me that i could intake any liquid that was clear... so if that would make you feel any better, go for it. The prep is so your colon is clean when the doc weaves the scope through there. The closer you follow the prep, the faster/safer the actual procedure goes.

I heard about the pills but lots of bad stuff, easier to take but more risk of problems, i.e., the collapsed veins. I got a bottle of magnesium citrate which they said I could use instead if the solution was too gross, I may switch over to that in a few minutes.
