Don't ban unless it is repeated behaviour. There will be continually new members doing it as well, possibly un-intentionally. Perhaps the best way to address this is for admin to politely message the seller and sugest they don't make it a practice. Sifting through crap is a part of life, online or offline anyway. When I browse the B&S, it doesn't bother me at all to see 'SOLD'. I just keep scrolling. What I think should be stopped, are >>jumbo fonts<< in member signatures Now that is annoying.

You guys all understand that the only reason I am keeping this thread open is so that I can figure out who the biggest complainers are so that I can ding them with a nice "seller's surcharge" right?

You want to spend your day doing that? Oh please, dear user, please consider, if it's not too much trouble, following the rules of the forum. If not, no big deal. Not to come down too hard on you personally for suggesting it, but that is not what we want to waste our time on. It's much more tempting to not only close people's threads but time them out for bumping, "accidentally" bumping, or whining. For the most part, we the mods get nothing out of this part of the forum except headaches. Please dear user, consider keeping that in mind.

and also, treat them a little. they are giving you a HUGE arena to make money here. dam it. they dont get a cent.

Yes. I will stop posting in this thread. I just get my panties in a bunch when I hear people start to whine about how this or that needs to change. Farking communists.

The anti-seller culture kinda sucks here (and on most of the intrnet). It seems that we are looked at as more of a burden to the forum than a service. Sure, we make a small cut, but most of us bring merch at 50-90% off BNWT, and a lot of work goes into selling. Ive seen threads shitted on because the price was "too high, youre making too much money" when the item was 70% off retail.

wha??? No idea what you're talking about. I admit I don't have anywhere near the experience of some sellers here, but I've never got that vibe. (excpet for a few isolated dickheads here and there) Also "alot of work goes into selling" holds no clout. You sell because it makes you $. Its good or else you'd stop. $ ain't easy to make. Period. A crude example: if you sell an item valued at $400 actual sticker and in your listing it says "MSRP=$900, selling for $350" then yes, some might find it upon them to speak out even though its at "60+% off"

Don't get me wrong, I think the sellers do a great service for the members of the forum. And I also find it very annoying when people thread-crap about prices etc. I just can't stand when people complain when one of the few rules we go to the trouble of writing down, actually gets enforced on them. "Without even a warning". As if we have a big chalkboard where we write your name down and put strikes next to it before giving a detention.
