The thread title says it all. We were supposed to leave in the morning for California but our flight has been cancelled because of the snow. The website for our airline can't find a flight for us to switch to, and I can't get through to anybody on the phone.

fox 5 nyc reporting some bumped from their flights today have been re-booked on Thursday, since all flights this week are full...

It's not Continental--which means at least two major airlines are totally unreachable. I've been trying for hours without success. I want to go to sleep, but I'm afraid that any flights before Christmas will be booked if I wait until morning.
