Highly doubt that you have lost any muscle at all. Unless you have been eating severely under maitenance, literally nothing, you wouldn't have lost muscle. Especially if you've gained fat. All in your head, three weeks is not enough time for stuff like that to happen.

Yeah in my experience you lose that "worked out" look pretty quickly but get it back pretty soon. Most of the weight you put on in the short term like that is water weight.

2nded. The fresh-from-the-gym leaner look will have gone, but within two weeks back you're feeling decent about yourself again. The soft-feeling is a bit of a mental game that you'll just have to push through.

Time for my vacation guys, gonna take a little trip down south with my friends. Things I will pay no mind to include my diet and exercise regime - instead I'll focus my full attention to maximizing the amount of local ales drunk and the amount of irresponsible sechs had.

Yea this was on a bike. No offense, I hate running. I have flat feet and bad knees. I actually started to get knee/back pain just from playing basketball, which bummed me out a little... but on the flip side, lets me focus 100% on cycling.

Really shouldn't have deadlifted today, my back was hurting last week and now its hurting pretty intensely. It was fine during the deadlifts, in fact it felt better, but now I can barely walk.

This happened to me so many times. I think the adrenaline helps cover the pain momentarily

I don't know how I hurt it, I think I did it by pressing, which is kind of strange. Its not muscle pain it feels like my actual spine is hurt. Will I be fine to bench tomorrow?
If its just your lower back then yeah. I bench with lower back pain and no problems

After reading that series on tnation I'm going to switch to guillotine. Any tips? I only bench 210. Not sure how much weight I can do with guillotine

start off very light and learn the motion. you should be able to get around the same numbers as your regular bench numbers in a few weeks.

I did circuit training for the first time today in 2 years. Sweated my ass off. My lung capacity has definitely decreased due to smoking in the past few years.

Did a volume workout from back when I was like 15, except... more difficult (dips instead of pushups and PCs in between everything.) I am so sore.
