I'm not sure, but I haven't been going past 50g carbs a day but maybe once or twice since starting this (not counting the cheat day). That total includes vegetables, too. My only non-veggie carbs come from the Monster (usually have two of those a day = 12g carbs total), a little bit of natural PB, and whatever few carbs come from the ranch (I added everything up and there's like maybe two carbs per tablespoon).

The base is just:
- 1 cup low fat or FF mayo
- 1/2 cup FF sour cream
- Few dashes of milk if you like (I rarely have milk around, so I usually skip that)
I experiment with different spices and portions, but I'll always throw in at least a teaspoon or two of dill, tablespoon or so of parsley, salt and pepper to taste and maybe some oregano.
Combine all of this in a bowl, whisk, and then dump it in one of those mason jars.
I just made a batch and dropped in a little bit of hotsauce and some bullshit spicy lime seasoning (some Mrs. Dash creation) just to give it some kick.
