Day off today. My diet consisted of beef spare ribs, home made pan fried turkey, mashed potatoes, and corn with butter. Felt good.

I love reading the posts of everyone's sunday/cheat day meals.

Mine was 1/2 chicken gyro pita, more garlic bread than i should have eaten, pizza, sausage&peppers w/ some spaghetti.

It is really hard to lift after sleeping for 4 hours.

on a totally related but unrelated note:

sleeping makes you mentally feel less ******, while all nighters make you feel physically less ******. So for working out, its better to all nighter than to sleep a little bit.

I don't know about that, 10 hours of sleep say from 8-6 makes me feel like a million bucks. Hittin' the weights early AM after glorious sleep is pretty much my favourite thing in the world.

That's really the weakest part of my regimen....I just CAN'T get to bed at a reasonable hour. I maybe get 5-6 hrs a night. I'll sleep more on the weekends, but it's prob not enough.

Right on cue...I get to bed late (2am) and can't fall asleep until 4am.

I love sleep so much. I get at least 8 hours a night. Changing jobs + moving closer to work has added so much to the quality of my life.

Deadlifting tonight. If I hit 6x365, throwing 10 on next week.
