I will attest that I have eaten an entire watermelon in a couple of hours and never noticed anything.

As for arginine, if I take a supplement with a lot of arginine in it I literally have insane boners and overproduction of semen issues.

It's crazy how much this shit works.

When I eat pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds I have to jack off like 4x a day

Sure, laugh it up -- I can't wait to be 130 years old with amazing blood pressure.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go shed tears over my improbably-large member... cry.gif

I went to the deli today to get some turkey slices for turkey/hummus wraps. They showed me this no salt added turkey breast meat that has 14g protein/2 oz, or 112g/lb/480 calories, can this be right? I think this is about as much protein/calorie as my whey.

It's also $10.99/lb which is about as much as NY strips around here.

No?
I read its nutrition label as 28g protein per 112g, which is just about right for turkey.

meant 112g protein/lb/480 calories, I googled turkey breast and that seems right, surprised it had so much protein. I've always avoided deli meat cuz of the salt, nitrates, and carcinogenic stuff.

Any good chicken and rice recipes? Preferably involving an oven so I can bulk cook the chicken.

I tried this one from the site Bene linked but it doesn't taste very good and I can only make one meal at a time since the chicken needs to sear among the rice.

tweaked something in my back. Really enjoying this since now I'm going to have to rest for probably some weeks. Did the diagnostics for a herniated disc, seems to luckily not be the case.

Oh well, I guess more time for my shitty papers and teaching then.

Back from Europe. A little softer but not too bad. Time to kill it

Europe was fun though. Croatia is gorgeous but Paris is still my baby mama
