Yea I have been cutting and I know I'm doing at least 800-1000kcal/day because my weight's been dropping ~2lb/week for weeks

That's quite fast.
How much weight have you lost now in total?

It's possible the creatine kicked in and I started gaining water weight from it, though I've been taking it for a week so not sure why it would take so long to do so. I've also been eating Seamless as work pays for lunch and dinner if I order through it, and might have been miscounting, though for the most part I've been ordering from places with nutrition info and, even should it be inaccurate, I should still be running some level of deficit. My guess is that it's from water weight, though I'll probably start adding in cardio in the mornings.

Also going to increase my water intake and take some potassium every morning on top of the multi. Will be adding in fish oil too as for some reason I've found that helps moderate my water retention.

About 15 so far. Started at 198, wanted to get down under 180 which will be no problem. Looking where I am now, I'd like to see how I look at 175, but shit's starting to wear on me. I wanna enjoy summer. Maybe next year. If I can keep the bulk under 190 shit will be a breeze. Glad my protocol is dialed in.

this is so retarded, I'm at a loss for words here.

Cut is going well. Weekends are tough of course but weekdays i stay decently under my calorie goal to make good progress. SF/Napa trip is approaching too quickly though (7/9-7/16) which I know is gonna be quite a setback haha.

Data is good. Seeing the fluctuations, learning the patterns, seeing the impact of a miss etc. Makes cutting so much less stressful.

What do you use for strength ratio? Combo of squat, bench, dead?

Working weights for bench + lat pull downs + military press + back squat + Romanian deads divided by my 1 week average weight

Craziest thing is my total is up damn near 25lbs since I started. This gaining phase should be epic.

Good to hear man. Congrats on the progress on both the lifts and weight loss.

I was able to do 2x8 @ 90lb dbs the other day, which kinda surprised me. I should start tracking weights again to keep motivation etc going. Things have been a bit all over the place lately, but I've been able to get atleast 3 good workouts in a week and hit the entire body.

Is there anything I can do with a barbell for upper back besides t-bar/bent over rows or high pulls? I never get a good pump doing bent over rows and my lower back ends up fatiguing. Tried high pulls today and I don't have experience doing oly lifts so it felt like my traps and shoulders were getting worked more.

If you have a bench that's high enough or can be elevated, you can do chest supported BB rows.
