Sounds good. No need to track if you are consistent with your intake.

You should give tracking a try. You'd be surprised.

If you've been trying to gain weight, have been lifting and exercising, and have lost 10 pounds in 3 months... you're doing it wrong.

You need to keep eating what you're eating and add a meal to it, if not two.

Ilya banned for life in the olympics, same for Apti. Fuck Rio. Is it truly so that chinamen and best koreans just really are on top of their drug game or did they just not get the retests.

Elite lifters use AAS. Watch as the shocking details unfold. More at 11...

The Chinese seem to be pretty amazing at undetected AAS use in general

Yes, this is hardly news to anyone with a cursory knowledge of the sport, just really wanted to see Ilya get to suleymanov level with that triple gold. But alas, it is not to be.

The hammer seems to have come down rather hard on the former hammer and sickle (heh).

Did KAZ, AZE, RUS, etc just forget to pay their protection money?

He's not banned for life is he? Just suspended I thought?

Honestly, why do they even bother testing? Everyone knows it's a sham

As far as I know the thing went beyond the IWF, which (according to internets) could have possibly been influenced by some sweet, sweet cash.

I had the distinct impression that if you piss AAS at the olympics, you won't be back at that event ever. Could be wrong though.

Look at the drug he tested positive for. Patented in 1961. It's ancient.

Chinese lifters' doctors way too smart to use old drugs with old metabolites that are so easy to detect.

Tbol and Winstrol are new and groundbreaking tho /s

The Chinese probably continually develop AAS for use in their programs

Right. So why didn't these lifters test positive back in 2008 or 2012?
