Had a buddy in the gym today so I got a spot. PR'ed and got db flat bench max of 100lb x 5 after working up to it. Then proceeded to do 3x10 with 70's for flat and moved onto incline for a bit. Superset everything with db rows (same weight/reps as bench) and then the incline stuff was superset with lat pulldowns.
Haha, Eason's the man! I hung out with him in Bangkok when I was over there this summer. We were supposed to party together but I bailed because I had a flight at 7 the next morning and I'd already missed a connection over the course of the trip.
