"Exercises for delt separation..." Lmao. I think that's the title of a Flex Magazine article. Perhaps even plastered on the cover.

The fact that you posed the question you did regarding "exercises for delt separation" proves that your knowledge is so fundamentally lacking that it's fucking disastrous. smack.gif

This is something I've done with great success although I haven't done a delt only workout in almost a year. The muscle group is so small I feel I can hit them as an accessory anytime I bench or do back. I also make sure I do a rear delt exercise after every bench session just because i feel it evens things out a little bit.

No swipes, but exercise variation is a waste for someone with 15.5 flexed biceps. Not swiping cause I think mine are only like 16-16.5. Get bigger and leaner and shit will "separate". All I do for shoulders these days is military press and lateral raises. Damn my rear head is kind of bitch made. But w/e it is what it is.

Depends on how you define waste. I'm looking for variation to hit things a little differently and for the mental aspect of mixing things up. I'm a pretty small framed person in general, evidenced by my being stable at like 145lbs for a long ass time. I think 16-16.5 would probably be the biggest I'd want to go for a while because at that point I wouldn't fit into most of my clothes (shirts etc) and I'm not trying to get a whole new wardrobe with loan money lol.

Leaning out will definitely do what I want, but I was looking for info more along the lines of the emg stuff posted earlier to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious.

I always forget that I'm FB friends with him because his IRL name sounds totally made up.

Talked to him a few weeks ago. I believe he's heading over to the states, plans on joining the military.

Switch it up, try new and weird exercises. You never know when you'll find one that feels amazing.
