Cena's actually ridiculous as he's 250lb lean, didn't know that's possible unless you're gronkowski or juicing.

You're kidding, right? Of course John Cena is on the juice. Gronkowski probably is, too.

I just returned from the good doctor. The days of 2% have ended. My metamorphosis into a a living breathing Patrick Nagel painting begins tonight!

I don't follow WWE so I pretty much know of Chris Jericho and John Cena. Chris Jericho is fat. Cena is aesthetically unpleasant because of how big he is. Didn't know smaller dudes existed.

Have you considered that the stimulants might be why you're unable to focus?

Yes, but I am pretty stimulant naive. I don't drink coffee or take any regularly, only when I need that extra bit of focus that seems to be eluding me now

Why don't you just, you know, focus?

Well for me I definitely find that caffeine really messes with my ability to focus.

I really like coffee but I have to be quite careful about when and how often I drink it.

I usually limit it to weekends now.

White privilege is overrated. I'm pale as a ghost and would give anything to be a bit darker.

Jericho is, by many accounts, basically an alcoholic, so it's not surprising that he's put on fat as he's gotten older. He's got that weird body type where he doesn't really get a gut; just gets wider. He's also void of any pecs now, so it's just a strange, unaesthetic visual.

Cena has the build an recuperative powers of a god, so no way he's not using something. His physique is one thing, but the guy recovers from major injuries in record time.

Does anyone get tennis elbow from lifting? If so, is there any way to let it heal while still doing upper body lifts?

I had medial epicondylitis pretty bad from my weightlifting training some time ago.
