think I just ruined a a 3lb cut of prime rib. Seared both sides for 2 min on high heat in cast iron pan. Put in oven at 350F for about 20min until it was 120F. It was rare but very dull tasting. I used only salt, butter, and fresh rosemary.

Not big on butter when cooking beef, I find it kinda kills the taste a little.

I dry sear with loadsa salt and black pepper.

Got a T bone in a restaurant last week, under seasoned and totally meh!

Dry searing is dumb. Just use a high smoke point oil.

Got the flu so haven't lifted for a little over a week. Pretty bad timing as I was cutting and can't squat or deadlift heavy atm. Now I really look like I don't even lift.

Anyway, physio found what has probably caused my low back and knee problems. I cannot activate my left glute correctly so I compensate halfway down in squatting motions by tilting the pelvis.

PRI - a fancy name and money grab for something PTs and serious athletes have been coaching for decades.

Not really, PTs have been going off the notion that the body is symmetrical for a long time. If you can find me something that references LAIC without Hruska Clinic's name on it..

I can tell you from personal experience, that no, we, or at least those at my practice, have not been assuming the body is symmetrical. LAIC as described by Hruska was not a novel concept.

I just bought some regular fits and got them tapered.

I have many Walts from Epaulet. Bought 2 sizes up from my actual waist and brought the waist and seat in.

I have been able to squeeze into H&M's slim fit stuff since my last cut. Still kind of bummed they don't throw a little spandex in the fabric though.
