What's the standard jeans/pants rec for squatting thighs these days? Seems like Kierin cuts are a thing of the past.

I have a black pair. I love them. Way better than 511s

Does anyone know if the blue ones fade like raw denim?

Nike skateboard pants are decent if you need to do bizcaj.

Best is just to man up and wear pleated trousers though.

They do, i'll take a pair of mine that i've been wearing to work for the past half a year or so and post them tomorrow.

I went to NYC and London, searched for some jawns and felt like I tried on everything under the sun. I ended up with a pair of Our Legacy Zero Cuts, APC Petit standards (my ass hangs out of these but I think it's funny), and Blue Japan High Tapered (these are the best)

The Uniqlo selvedge with stretch were really nice too, I just don't like jeans with spandex.

Does anyone have any free yoga videos or stretching/core strengthening videos they like?

I'd like to get into the habit of doing something like this in the morning everyday for 15-30 mins.

DeFranco's Limber 11.

For the core you should be good by rotating:

- Ab rollouts

- Planks (w/ and w/o weight, long lever, on a ball)

- Side planks

- Pallof press

- Hyperextensions/reverse hyperextensions

I'm thinking of getting a rice cooker. It may lead to meal prepping.

Any good rice cooker meals? I know people make a ton of stuff in them.

Do you mean slow cooker/crock pot?
