Hendrix would say so but he kills mice for a living.

I'll take that as a compliment!

agreed on not just blindly reading macros.

commentary on a meta-analysis

"findings from a recently published metaanalysis and subsequently published studies show that neither isoflavone supplements nor isoflavone-rich soy affect total or free testosterone (T) levels. "

actual meta-analysis
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19524224

"The results of this meta-analysis suggest that neither soy foods nor isoflavone supplements alter measures of bioavailable T concentrations in men."

What is 'not real' protein?

Are people buying bars with hair or other undigestable forms?

Uh, what?

Are you talking about adaptogens? https://examine.com/supplements/adaptogen/

I didn't even know that people had figured out how to make HSP's bioavailable... They'd just denature in the stomach if  you ate them.

There is a company here in Sweden whose budget bars' protein content is mostly cartilage, which is useless as a protein source.

Do you even fucking know what heat shock proteins do in development and what their function is in biological regulation?

When someone says 'look into heat shock proteins' when everyone is talking about whey and diet, that to me implies supplementation not a fucking sauna. You might want to cycle off the roids for a bit. You're going bloody aggro and making yourself look like an idiot.

Can someone actually look like an idiot in this retarded thread that mixes veganism and powerlifting? As for heat shock proteins, look at the benefits of it, I'm trying to help you out. Also good diss on the cycle shit being that you have zero idea what I'm doing and everyone in this thread who juices literally are the only people who give valid advice. The rest is just some weird circle jerk about minutiae that doesn't matter at all.
