Because 75% of the dudes in this thread are wannabe olympic power lifters but completely lack the genetics for it. Every other post is a complaint about an injury someone probably got from lifting too much weight with the wrong technique.

What does foot size have to do with working out?

Yea and then you get to the "I want to be stronger but I don't want to replace my entire wardrobe every x years" phase and turn entirely to powerlifting.

I make a lot of stuff like curry, chili, etc in bulk. Freeze, reheat, add other proteins, vary the starches/veges, and it's basically a new dish.

Haha, yeah, I'm kind-of-ish at that stage since my income is gone and I don't want to grow out of my clothes. When that starts to happen, I'll start lifting maintenance and climbing/cycling more. I'm sure one can keep the mass on lifting 2x a week.

Trying to overcompensate for something kunk? Last I checked cycling caused more issues than having small feet.

But don't worry buddy, I'm pretty well equipped in that department.

That said, you're a freaking giant so I don't mind your making fun of how teeny I am.



But yeah, 5'10 and 175 is pretty small. Oh well. Back to anatomy.

I mean there was that study on indian men that showed that 'normal' sized condoms had a high rate of failure and were basically ineffective since their dicks were too small. So maybe I'm just full of shit and wishful thinking.

There's so much shit you can make… particularly with leftovers. Aside from chicken I'll grill extra steak, fish or pork chops and prepare that with some veggies such as spinach, broccoli or brussel sprouts. You can supplement that with a batch of fried rice with veggies or cous cous with veggies. I also make a lot of low-fat/low-sodium refried beans to which I add a bunch of stuff (green pepper, onion, black beans, cilantro, garlic & seasonings). Sometimes I'll use the chicken or pork and make a basic wrap but jam it full of veggies, hummus, avocado, etc. I'll use leftover grilled salmon and make that into salmon salad with light mayo, relish, onion, cilantro etc. which can be put into a wrap with the aforementioned. My basic gig is protein and veggies with a bit of carbs … fruit or something if I feel like it or a couple squares of dark chocolate as I don't like the taste of lunch in my mouth 30 minutes after I've eaten it.

Some of you may cringe (or not) I'm not sure as I don't really pay attention to or even know about all the micro/macro/food groups/fats etc. stuff you guys talk about sometimes. If there is something you may suggest I'm all ears, but this has worked for me … YMMV.
