Mixed year for me.
I got stronger (+50 lbs 1RM squat, +25 lbs bench, +90 lbs deadlift) while staying roughly same bodyweight. First gained 10 pounds then decided to lose them again by a somewhat unnecessary cut as I'm now the same bf as before the cut but weigh 5 pounds less.
Have had problems with my low back since the summer and 2014's patellar tendinitis came back during the fall. After the meet in november I decided it wasn't sustainable to train through aches and pain and risk long term health, so atm I train less (3x a week instead of 5), prehab and basically hope it goes away. Not really working so far. X-ray scheduled for first week in January. Think I'm gonna spend a large part of next year trying to fix and train around the injuries.
