True undergrad reversion status achieved. 

I stole a tray of leftover food from an event and took it home for my fridge. Went to a urology interest group meeting today because they had free chipotle.

Ima get a workout in tomorrow morning or ima be fat as farrkkk.

lol… dude we took home SO much free/leftover/stolen food during law school it was ridiculous. Whole pizzas, cases of soda/water/wine/beer, gallons of orange juice, entire gourmet cheese & cracker spreads left untouched. Studios would do evening events and leave weeks worth of food just sitting in the courtyard. I swear I took home 10 burritos, 5 cartons of various Chinese stir fry plus fried rice and a case of water in one go… didn't go to the grocery for a week!

Just like being an undergrad! happy.gif

The simplest method is just using chicken and some stock as a base then you can pretty much make whatever flavour you want through spices, herbs and veggies.

One of the benefits with the crockpot/slow cooker is that you don't need to pay attention to recipes for good enough results.

Just put in the stuff, turn it on, do something else for a couple of hours, turn it off when its done. Use common sense. Don't put in veggies first and use enough liquid. Don't let it burn. I've yet to fail and my prep for slow cooker meals takes less than a minute.

anything worth doing is worth doing right.

I linked this book earlier bc it makes amazing food consistently. Everything from it turns out so so so good.

hah I think you mean PhD student

my department likely thinks I'm super interested in all facets of economics since I sit in seminars all the time, really I just go because there is food and couldn't care less about their shitty papers
