Most offices with standing desks have the ability to move up and down. It does take some getting used to. I spend the entire morning standing. After lunch, I'll sit for maybe an hour or two tops then go back to standing mode for the rest of the day. After a week or two of standing, sitting all day makes you feel like shit.

One of the guys in my office, who has back problems (something with his disk) has a standing/sitting desk. He  has to stand as much as possible, and gets put on this stretching machine by his chiropracter. Something about the fluids from the disk leaking into the surrounding area

Followed him 2 years ago or so. He seemed to have his share of problems back then but its def gone downhill.

Seems to be all over the place with drama and accusations.

Signed up for Synergy and it's awesome. Almost always empty. Started PHAT today, we'll see how long it lasts. I think I'll be able to get to the gym regularly but keeping my diet on point is going to be challenging given the fact that we have free pizza 5x/wk at recruiting events, and all the free booze/food on Thursdays, ugh.

Starting to attempt to lift every other day with a cardio workout interspersed in there on the 'off' days. If I'm being truly lazy, I can ride my bike on a trainer in my room or in the garage. Hopefully this schedule will 'take'. 

 

Anyone have any good free yoga videos that I can look at online? Looking to do core strengthening stuff 1-2x a week in my room and call it cardio.

 

Anatomy lab just started. There goes all my time.
