Went to girlfriends freshers/freshmen event in st andrews, which is like 40% americans. I've never felt so old before. Sitting around a bunch of basically high school students drinking for the first time telling them I can't drink their disgusting mixture of smirnoff ice, gin and vodka because I have an interview in 2 days for M&A at an investment bank. Had some kid literally just tell me im really old.

bachelor's student's don't know how to drink. Only PhD student's do, but it's entirely due to the crippling depression and nonexistent job market opportunities.

Looking forward to seeing what Peru did to my gains

I did a calisthenics WOD yesterday. 11k above sea level, I am counting it as a complete PR. I don't think I gained any weight either but we will see

Looks like I'm recruiting for investment banking for the summer. Hoping lower-mm PE and a Goldman M&A or Sponsors group will help me get an upper MM PE job after graduating. Gonna suck to do banking for the summer though.

Started RFL, five days in. Was just going to do it for a week to kick start dieting for the discipline but might keep it up for 2-3 weeks to just get it over with faster. All depends on lifts and how I'm feeling I suppose. I feel pretty bad and my shits are disgusting haha. But I haven't drank which has been the biggest challenge.

Prob going to start PHAT this week too.

Rather optimistic. Don't know what associate internship recruiting is like, but i've never even gotten a first round from goldman, maybe this year.

I'm at the #1 banking recruiting school for MBA. 90% of applicants get a summer internship at a bank and 90% of those get a full time offer. They're all obviously not at Goldman but my PE experience will help there.

My cousin's been interviewing at GS. Told me he'd had interviews with 17 people or something ridiculous like that. He was visiting his fiance in NYC when they called him and he had to run out and buy a suit because they wanted to meet the next morning.
