I have never seen one. HK has a few repro shops but they all carry expensive japanese denim, no Chinese brands. There used to be a shop in tsim sha tsui that had pretty decent repro jeans, but they went out of business. Sorry I can't be of much help.

Any help on what bf % this is? Unflexed/flexed pics.

I'm 5'10, 165. I'm guessing this is 12-13%? I thought I had more muscle, I'll probably have to get to sub 160 to be single digit bf?

Yeah, I can never really get leaner than this. Cutting on 2k cal for the past two months has been hard enough. Need to incorporate more cardio I guess.

My workout routine is so shit right now. Tryna get back into it... Finally done (mostly) moving into my place.

 

On the plus side, I have a garage and my bike/trainer. Should be able to start getting daily cardio if I decide to stop being a lazy fuck.

Should help, right? Heh.

 

Need to get schedule down to being able to lift 3-4x a week and leave a day or two for other fun stuff (rock climbing, maybe boxing?). Oh med school :(

I'd say around 14%. You can calculate your weight at sub 10% easily.

 

Say you are at 14% bf. 

 

165 / 1.14 = 145 lbs of lean mass.

145 x 1.09 = 158.

 

So given that you lose no muscle when you cut, you will weight 158 lbs at 9%.

However, you will most likely lose some muscle in a deficit (and especially when approaching low body fat like 10%-ish), so say that you'll be 9% bf at 156 instead.

Current form for me. At 200 lbs now, down from 210. 

Starting to feel the deficit. Grumpy, tired and training feels pretty shit. Still progressing as planned though, but with more effort than before of course.
