Should've written that this guy works as a personal trainer and has been on dat every day is lifting day for a while. Basically lives at the gym. When he was powerlifting he was coached by Sheiko. So I think this guy has the capacity. The general lifter, not so much.
Ughh... I cringe so bad when I think of what I've written. Also facepalm when I read all these posts of know-it-alls who say that you cannot deadlift more than 1x per week or you'll overtrain (because Stronglifts) or that you automatically become unaesthetic as soon as you start doing full body programs.
