Try deep overhead squats with one of those small wooden bars aka "broom handle" and staying in the bottom/full squat position. Doing strict deficit deadlifts and high rep full squats with relatively low weights also help with gaining strength in the bottom squat position and getting deeper.

just ordered Raloxifen and caber, gonna see if I can use it to reverse pubertal gyno. If you are awares of protocol plz aware.

Seems to be 1ml/60mg daily for 10 days, then .5ml/30mg daily afterwords until change occurs. Not sure about caber dosage.

Never heard of anyone taking caber to reverse gyno. People in the UK seem to use letrozole and nolvadex.

First day at new investment bank doing buyside ER. Spending half my time with fundamental analysis and half with quant. Quant people were surprisingly not quant. Felt good leaving the office at half 6. Only thing that was worrying was they told me full time pay is approximately 2/3 bonus based entirely on how much money you make.

Less than a month til I move maybe. Might move on the first or the 14th, haven't decided yet. Six weeks til school starts. Still have no idea where we're living haha.

I've generally been within my calories but haven't been tracking protein and fell off the gym wagon. Life is so hectic, I need to stop using that as an excuse tho.

I didn't get any pussy in exchange for having abs but I got indeed drunk a lot and went balls deep on my ice cream consumption (heat wave in this region is bonkers, we've had 40°C on Sunday). Booked vacation in the Caribbean for August so I have to fucking cut AGAIN crazy.gif Luckily I've only gained 2kg since the end of the RHET Shreddz.
