I'm kinda stoked to move my bench from 265 to 305 within a year. 40 lbs. of gains in a year isn't half bad. Next goal 3 plates.

40 lbs gain for bench is great, especially at the weights you're lifting.

But yeah, as CTK asked it would be interesting to know about the rest.

I haven't been doing squats but deadlift went up from 295 1rm to 375x3 after a 10 months rest period to heal my back in between. I've been resting on sumo, working on Romanian to heal my adductors. I've strained them from over pulling sumo. I'm pretty confident I should be able to hit 4 plates but just want to take it slow.

Thanks, bro! Been doing deload on bench to build it back up. Feeling pretty good. I've found lifting first thing in the morning when I'm fresh beats the hell out of lifting at the end of the day when I'm already tired. This gives my echo a boost. lol

Oh, I cut about 5 lbs. but that wasn't deliberate. I'm about 20 something % in body fat. I would like to cut down to around 15% but don't wanna give up eating all the delicious food.

@barrelntrigger

Sounds great.  That's good progress on the deadlifts as well.

I somehow fucked up my right hip today. Totally unprovoked. Just walked across the gym and got a sudden intense pain right around the piriformis. Constant aching that got really bad when I leaned forward. Limped around for a while and then quit the session.

Start to wonder why I've had troubles with knees, forearms, low back and now hip the last year. My technique is on point in every lift and I never max out in training so feels like it has to be something about my body not having the capacity for the training.

Ouch! I've started doing a similar stretch for my hips but with one leg off of the chair at a time. It works great! Have you try this? I'm almost at a full split, too!

May survive only on seafood now, can get whole salmon for about $15, seabass or small tuna for like $3. You have to buy a couple because its wholesale, but it's too cheap to justify buying markdown chicken breast when I can get fish caught that day for cheaper.

Those prices are unreal. High taurine intake ftw.
