This week I've been doing a sort of refeed, and by that I mean eating a shitload of Indian food with future in-laws. I think it was just what I needed, because in the past 3 days I've done the following:

Bench 285x4
Squat 405x3
Deadlift 495x4

All which are PR's at my current weight(185). I might have to try this whole eating thing more often.

I just had a refeed with Indian as well. Demolished two keema naans that were at least 14'' in diameter, an order of chicken tikka masala cuz I'm a basic bro, and an order of chicken saag. And 800g of rice.

Indian food has been so hit or miss for me. All I know is naan and roti. What's good?

Shahi paneer is my favorite. It's essentially cubes of cheese (paneer) in a heavy tomato-cream sauce that you can put over basmati rice or dip naan in. The sauce is similar to chicken tikka masala if you've had that (which is also one of my favorites). Paneer is the shit.

Hit the 10 lb mark finally! Though it's not an official weigh in and I'll probably be pigging out on Saturday, so I'm going to wait until Tuesday to call it official.

Sounds more like you cut better when you don't fat on brownies

Indian food's when you want to be <10% bf. It's like pure carbs and oily fats, and too too tasty.

You can probably get away with tandoori chicken and/or salmon and then have a side of roti. Probably skip the basmati rice, since the usual portion is about 2 cups.

I usually get a lamb rogan josh or shrimp tandoori masala from my local Indian place. I've been told tandoori is one of the healthiest ways of cooking meat, basically baking in a clay oven.

O yea, Im not fucking with Indian food or pizza or any of that good shit till the cut is over. I am gonna have lamb burgers this weekend though. I thought cardio would let me indulge a bit, but after tightening shit up the hunger's not bad. I'm not gonna do an hour on the bike just to have more rice and chicken, I'd rather just eat less.
