You have your answer depending on which part of the sentence has 'hard' in it.

Ok, why not. Bulk is going pretty good — up around 11 pounds over the last 16 weeks or so. My partitioning sucks as I tend to store most of my fat in my lower stomach/love handles, so I usually stop bulks before I hit my goal weight, but we'll see. I'm hoping to go another 8 weeks or so. I didn't start super lean, but I'd guess I'm around 14% here. 5'11, 177 pounds.

So how are those mint chocolate chunk quest bars? Nowhere near me has them yet, but mint + chocolate is like the perfect combo for me.

I just placed an order for some today. I'll find out on Monday.

I have them. In fact, I'm almost through a whole box.

They're similar to the S'Mores bars in terms of consistency, not quite as chewy as the others, but somehow very satisfying. The stats aren't the best, since it's 20 grams of protein (not 21) and 190 calories, which is on the high side for Quest.

That said, they're absolutely delicious. They're not overwhelmingly minty, although there are very delicious chunks of green goodness in there. The chocolate carries the taste, which is a good thing.

I can't resist a top five: Cookie Dough, Mint, Cookies & Cream, S'mores, Cinnamon Roll.

Damn dude. Rest up. It's like def-con 1 when I have anything over a 99 degree fever, I act like I'm dying. I couldn't imagine having a fever that much now.

I can't find a single fucking place with decent lighting to take a picture. It's like taking a dick pic after taking an ice-bath.

I'll be honest with myself: I didn't do much cardio and I didn't watch my diet well enough. Another month and maybe I'd have something.

I knew I was sick and pushed myself through physical labor all day. It felt crazy but now I'm on antibiotics so hopefully all is well in a day or so.
