They are both boring as fuck to do. Id rather watch someone play video games and I fucking hate watching people play video games.
I do like seeing charlys progress though.
Turns out we are pretty even in terms of strength level if you account for that I'm a bit heavier.
I have two choices, accept myself for who I am and lose or cut out all of the estrogen and use diuretics and feel like shit and still lose. Idk which one I'm going to do. As of today I'm off to get drunk off mojitos and eat barbeque because that's somehow the way we honor fallen soldiers.

And yes, I have really low level of muscle mass, yada yada, so you can save the "my girlfriend has bigger biceps" comments.
I'm actually ok with the result, considering that I lift less than 2 years and was basically the whole time on a calorie deficit. I'm really curious now how my first bulk will go. My dream would be to add 3 to 5kg of lean mass on this level of bodyfat while natty (by summer 2017).

I don't think it's a winner, some people have shown a lot more mass, but it's still a very impressive bf% with a decent amount of mass. So I wouldn't call it "really low levels of muscle mass" as I still think it's an impressive physique so grats on that - just be careful you don't end up on a dreamer bulk now
