With that and running out, rowing is prob the best bet.

Why not swimming?

Feel like I'm too bad at it to get anything our of it.

But I'll prob do a fair bit of it anyway this summer.

Man I flail around like an ass but it's definitely a great workout. Plus unlike other forms of cardio you actually have to learn technique and get better at it which is fun for someone who wants to challenge themself.

Boxing classes are great for cardio. Fun, plenty of hot girls, and a good work out.

You must be going to different gyms than me.  The boxing gyms I know have handful of treadmills and rowing machines, free weights, a ring, heavy bags, speed bags, and sweaty, ugly dudes, usually with more ugly dudes sitting hanging around.

But yes, good for cardio.

Inner city boxing classes bro. No idea on the actual quality of teaching (I'm doing it for cardio anyway so I don't care), but there's definitely plenty of talent.

No free weights to be seen.

Talent as in girls, or fighters?

No free weights, really?  Hmmm... Every single boxing or MMA gym I've trained at has plenty of free weights and kettlebells.  And medicine balls.  That seems to be a recurring theme.

Girls.

No free weights, just skipping ropes, a few bags, some medicine balls and a ring. It's very female friendly in that respect, I suppose.

Officially down into the 180's. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif 29 lbs to go lol

Starting to learn how to golf. Does that count as cardio? Maybe I should start playing tennis like I've been saying, too.
