I haven't seen any recent pics of you. Post! NOW!

But really, if you're 230 and lean, then yea you're bigger than Omar.

But Omar is bigger than everyone else in here lol

Chatted with him for a bit in person last week and he's definitely a bit bigger looking in person than on camera.

Sweet, where? I thought he was back to Canuckan.

I like his videos a lot even though he's on that perma-lean-muscle-''bulk'' phase.

Fortis Fitness in Toronto. Was visiting my friend (Jordan Moffitt - fellow powerlifter) there and he introduced me to Omar.

when you guys first started learning the olympic grip, did you ever bruise your collarbones? I know there's a sweet spot that you're supposed to rest the bar on but I can't seem to find it, and the bar always sits against either the end or the middle of my collarbones.

Graphic Novelty, I bought a slow cooker just because of a recipe for barbacoa you posted once. Hope it tastes good. How do I know when it's done? I used chuck roast, should I be able to pull it apart with forks like pork?

yup. Chuck roast is good, though I use top round if i want it to be leaner (though taste suffers). Brisket makes it more like chipotle's barbacoa. I have a batch of chuck cooking away now.

You can shred it woth forks, or if you have a stand mixer it does a good job of shredding meat. Just put the meat back in the braising liquid to store. It actually gets a lot better the longer it sits.

One way to make it even better is to make your own chili powder using dried chillis. A sample recipe is here but I just use whatever chilis i have lying around and it always comes out good.

Think this is a 470 kg (1036 lbs) (judging from the title) raw squat with wraps by Malanichev.
