Only problem was she wanted to get dinner beforehand. Went to a mexican place. I got a taco salad with crema/ranch/cheddar on the side and one tamale, she got the three taco plate with rice and beans. At the date place I had three lite beers (all within my diet). She had three craft beers. She's at the store right now to get ingredients to make breakfast burritos and complained when I said I didn't want mimosas because I didn't want to waste the calories.

Here we go again. At least I'm on track. So fucking annoying.

Hey thats like me and my girl only I play the role of your girlfriend in that story. She's on a pretty strict diet to get them abs showing and I'm the one always wanting to go out to eat and drink beerz. I lack discipline baldy[1].gif

Should I get a job being a naked/wearing gimp shit waiter at sex parties in Chelsea for $130 an hour? It's the most expensive part of London so it's obviously quite safe, seems like it would be jokes. They're 12 hours long, but $1560 for a days work doesnt seem bad.

Great way to network

Doubtful, especially if the guests are in full SM gear as well.

I wouldn't want to hire someone, who knows I like to dirty shit on the weekend.

Yeah I don't think some old guy getting whipped is going to look at me wearing some weird leather mask handing him food and be like "hey how well do you understand discounted cash flow valuation"

goodjob concept. You're going to get better and better as you fill out, once you get more muscle on you your leverages will get better. How do you feel about your squat? That seems like it will be your weakest lift because of how long your limbs are, I still out squat you :P

Its a more secure grip for me and it allows me to only hold the bar with the fingers. Its not in the palm, so the lift is locked out and finished closer to the ground. Takes off an inch or two of the ROM.
It also minimizes the risk of bicep tears and uneven loading, if thats a concern with mixed grip.

Thanks.
Yeah, leverages are slowly getting better. I get into better positions for squatting and benching now.
Squats used to be my best lift. My previous squat PR was from the same meet a year ago, only 10 pounds less, but then my bench was 50 pounds lower and deadlift 80 pounds less. Got problems with my knees shortly thereafter and its taken up to now to get back to (and surpass) my old squat.
My limbs are long, but not crazy long. Many guys my length (6'3) are built less proportionally. Considering my squat has been going well and I'm gonna go up to the 235 class, I think I'm gonna make good gains the coming 1-2 years.

You never know who you'll meet where. Remember, every encounter is a job interview.

Also, I'm only taking a break every 10 lbs. When I get into the 180's I'll have a pizza or something. Then go hard until the 170's.

This was often my problem. Not stopping it at one cheat meal. I've been having less trouble with that this go around, mostly because a lot of the junk food just remains unappealing to me. There was cake today at the mother's day gathering and I passed, not because of my goals, but because it didn't even sound good. And I was always the guy who'd take that last piece on the platter at these things.

You seem like the annoying one here.

Anyway, there was def room for more in the squat and deadlift. Still have a hard time judging what my capacity is. Overall very happy though cause PRd in all lifts and went 9 for 9.

Goal for next meet in Nov is 165 (365) squat, 122.5 (270) bench, and 200 (440) dealift. Would be a 487. kg (1080) total.

Looks like you could have done 3-4 reps with your squat and deadlift.

used to always shoot for 10-20 reps and often dealt with injuries. Reduced reps to 5-7 on most lifts. I've been injury free since then.

yeah i think you might have been able to do like 5-10lbs more on both the squat and DL

Gj conceptionist!

Seeing that arch and how you get into position still freaks me out haha.

What accessories do you do to help your bench right now.
