Do diets like PSMF actually work? I feel like if you ate 800 cals/day even if it's all protein it's the same as eating 800 cals of anything else and your strength would suffer something fierce

Send her the buscemi pic.

Superimposed on her chest for extra points.

Everyone I know who has done it was absolutely miserable. I would bet you would bounce or relapse so hardcore too. Not worth it

Down 30 pounds after 7.5 weeks. I feel like I'm always eating, too, so it hasn't been a case of just starving myself. Incredible what getting back to the weights and cleaning up the diet can do. There shall be no beach body this summer, but things should be looking remarkably different by time the season's winding down.

Comparing my starting pic to progress pictures from three years ago makes me almost disgusted that I let myself walk around like this for a year.

Don't beat up on your former self now and channel that energy towards your future self. You're doing great man!

Thanks. I'm not being too hard on myself. I know were it not for the kick in the ass I described in this thread a couple months ago, I wouldn't have had the discipline to clean up my diet like I have. As for training, well, it was really just a matter of getting back to the gym. Within a week I was reminded what a privilege it is to be able to train.

Okay finance brahs...I could use some advice if someone would be so kind.

I owe 26k in undergrad debt at an interest rate of 6.50%
Next year my fiancee will be starting a job with access to a 403b and a starting salary of 51k. If she contributes nothing, the university automatically puts in 5% of her gross income. If she contributes 3% of her pay, the university puts in additional 5% for a total of 10%

My question is does it make more sense to contribute that 3% of her income 51k salary to her 403b, or would that money be better spent helping pay off my loans?

Make an excel spreadsheet.

The fact that you don't have your loan in a spreadsheet already bothers me

What? I'd suggest he put them both in a spreadsheet and see which one saves him more money....
