That's motivating though. I plan on winning in 2019 then biggrin.gif

What? Am I not allowed to play?

Also to answer your question, i would do something light if I felt I needed to workout but felt drained, a few tire flips perhaps.

I'm OK for a fatass (230lbs/15-25%), could probably take a pic in the morning with a good lighting and get something good though foo.gif. Charly would definitely piss on their progress. He eats like an horse, lift like an ox and has those sweet Asian genes. Kunk is also quite lean at 210+ lbs iirc. There is also that dude that don't post often with huge lean calves.

if charly does it, I'll jump in for the lulz

OK we will need a DYEL tier then. If u can squat 3+ manlets for like 5x12 doesnt really seem fair to compete with said manlets.

Neither is it fair for the non-natties to compete against the fattynatties. It's ok, we have photoshop.

One of the craziest raw deadlifts I've seen.

320 kg at -74 / 700 lbs at -160.

Almost 4.5xBW.

Dat mobility and starting position.

I feel like the only way kunk looses is if he doesn't enter or if he doesn't give a shit and is currently cruising or bulking.

The thing is, the judgement is purely subjective so if more people think super lean is most aesthetic then a different person will win than if more people value muscle over leanness.

Ps the grammar in that sentence is terrible.

Just have her do bulgarian split squats and split squats and lunges and shit.

Those are harder than regular squats IME and lunges are gay. Plus single leg leg press is a nice glute/ham move IMO. Trying to pick an exercise thats easy to learn and progress on... doesnt get much easier than leg press.

Lunges build my quads and glutes way faster than squats.
